Milling Capacity
Our large parts milling capacity reaches a maximum of 80 inches wide by 158 inches long. This means that any oversized weldments, large structural frames, mold bases, tooling plates and heavy equipment components are all handled in-house by our highly experienced machinists. Whether you need a single part or a short-to-mid volume production run, our staff is ready to deliver on-time and according to specification.
To begin, our staff works from customer-supplied prints and CAD models. We ensure direct communications with our customers throughout the process, identifying potential issues early so all issues are addressed. Quality assurance is key throughout the production cycle. We use our Coordinate Measuring Machine, CMM, which provides precise, data-driven inspection of complex geometries and tight tolerances. This works to ensure that every measurement is traceable and accurate.
